Fitness and well-being in perfect harmony

As a personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and health coach, I have been working passionately with people seeking change for many years. I accompany people in every phase of life—with expertise, heart, and a deep understanding of the individual needs that change over the course of a lifetime.

My focus is on postnatal training, coaching women in (pre)menopause, and introducing teenagers to the world of fitness. Each of these phases brings its own unique challenges – both physical and mental. I am here to meet you exactly where you are right now.

Want to regain strength and confidence in your own body after giving birth? Want to better understand and actively support the hormonal changes associated with menopause? Or, as a young person, want to learn how exercise can be fun and boost your self-confidence at the same time? This is exactly where I come in – with individual support, targeted training, and a large dose of motivation.

In my one-on-one coaching sessions and group courses, I combine exercise, health, and mental strength into a holistic approach. You should feel strong—inside and out.
